I ran an eductor off my sump return for quite a while, was happy with it. Took it off for a visual change a few months ago - might go back on sometime.

Additional Equipment:

100w Tronic Heater
40w UV Sterilizer

No additional mechanical/chemical filtration used at present.

Calcium/Alkalinity demand met through combination of store-bought 2-part Calcium/Alkalinity suppliment and Randy Holmes-Farley's DIY 2-part solution.

Levels are generally kept at:

Calcium: 400-425 ppm
Alkalinity: 8-10 dKh

While I test Magnesium, it has generally not been an issue for me, and it's been 6 months since I've supplimented.
