These sites have been of great use to me, beyond serving as inspiration and encouraging me to be patient.
These systems are all built by experienced and successful reefkeepers - who have improved on previous issues they've had with prior aquaria. Each has some innovations which I've learned from and improved my own system with.

Online discussion boards have also been a great help to me. I've made a number of friends, found some great used equipment deals ... and more than anything been able to explore the little details of reefkeeping with others as obsessed as myself.
